VM1210A Air Pen Marking Device (Stamping Type Engraving Machine)

Wide engraving area

The VM1210A air pen marking device (stamping type marking machine) can engrave over a wide area of 160mm x 30mm, which is twice that of the VM1210. It can engrave text and two-dimensional codes on large workpieces all at once without the use of external devices. It is capable of marking two-dimensional codes that can store a large amount of data in small spaces on parts. There are three types of two-dimensional codes that can be engraved (DataMatrix, QR Code, Micro QR Code). It can directly mark permanent text and codes on various parts such as automotive engine components, suspension parts, body, and frame.

The sample black SUS is made of a material called "Abel Black," which is highly resistant to chemicals, weather, and can withstand multiple high-pressure cleaning cycles due to its oxidized coating. We have performed complex cuts using a high-precision laser processing machine with a beam diameter of 40µ and laser marking with a laser marker on this Abel Black.
