3D Laser Measurement Business: Benefits of Utilizing 3D Laser Measurement

It is possible to check the interference areas for the removal and installation of equipment and to confirm the piping routes in advance!

We would like to introduce the benefits of our "3D Laser Measurement" technology. By digitizing the data, measurements can be taken on a computer without having to travel to distant sites. Additionally, compared to photos and two-dimensional drawings, our technology provides a more three-dimensional representation, making it easy for those who have not seen the site to understand. 【Benefits】 ■ Recreate the site on a computer ■ Simulate construction in advance ■ Easy understanding through three-dimensional representation ■ Reduce time spent on surveys ■ Measure without approaching dangerous areas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【3D Laser Measurement Business】What can be done with 3D laser measurement

Measurements can be taken without approaching dangerous areas! On-site sketching time can be significantly reduced.

We would like to introduce what our "3D Laser Measurement" can do. It is possible to capture everything seen as point cloud data in its original form. By obtaining point cloud data, you can perform dimension measurements, interference checks, and create videos. Additionally, with a measurement accuracy of ±1.0mm at a distance of 10m, it can be measured more accurately and without mistakes compared to manual measuring. 【Capabilities】 ■ As it is three-dimensional information, it can be easily understood by those who are not on-site. ■ With a measurement range of 150m, it allows for extensive measurements in a short time. ■ The modeled data can be delivered as 3D CAD data. ■ It is possible to create floor plans, elevation drawings, and isometric drawings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[3D Laser Measurement Business] Flow of 3D Laser Measurement

It is also possible to deliver point cloud data, 3D model data, and other materials at each stage!

We would like to introduce the process of 3D laser measurement that we conduct. For the structures to be measured, we plan the number of measurement points, measure them with a 3D laser scanner, and obtain point cloud data. Based on the drawings and isometric diagrams produced from the 3D measurements, we can handle not only manufacturing but also on-site construction and maintenance in a comprehensive manner. 【Measurement Process (Partial)】 STEP 1. 3D Measurement STEP 2. Synthesis Processing STEP 3. 3D Modeling STEP 4. Data Organization in 3D CAD *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[3D Laser Measurement Case Study] Utilized for Factory Layout Planning

You can discover interferences and discrepancies between the actual object and the drawings that are often overlooked in 2D!

We would like to introduce a case where our "3D laser measurement" was utilized in factory layout planning. By reading existing buildings, piping, and equipment as point cloud data using a 3D scanner, we can create a rough plan within a 3D space on a computer. Additionally, since we can also import 3D CAD data, it is possible to arrange new equipment as well. Conducting the rough plan with point cloud data allows us to visualize the layout in 3D after placement, making it easier to share information. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Production Period: 1 week ■ Number of Shots: 15 ■ Shooting Days: 0.5 days *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[3D Laser Measurement Case Study] Cosmetics Manufacturer

You can also check the height differences of the floor inside the factory! It can be useful for transporting machinery and other tasks.

We would like to introduce a case where our "3D laser measurement" was utilized for creating a factory floor plan. The client is a certain cosmetics manufacturer that did not have the latest drawings of their factory and requested to create a floor plan as a measure for inspections aimed at government agencies. Based on point cloud data, we performed modeling and created a 2D floor plan. We were also able to confirm the elevation differences of the floors within the factory, which can be useful for machinery installation and other purposes. [Case Overview] ■ Request - To create a factory floor plan as a measure for inspections aimed at government agencies. ■ Result - Modeling based on point cloud data and creation of a 2D floor plan. - Confirmation of the elevation differences of the floors within the factory. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[3D Laser Measurement Case] Bridge Measurement

Measuring bridges with a 3D scanner! Recording the appearance of the bridge before replacement in 3D point cloud data.

We would like to introduce a case where the appearance of Sakurabashi, which has been in use for over 90 years since its construction, was recorded in point cloud data using our "3D Laser Measurement" technology. Constructed in 1931 (Showa 6), it has been in use for approximately 90 years, with increasing traffic and damage due to aging deterioration. This time, with the permission of the Shizuoka City Construction Bureau Road Maintenance Division, we conducted work to record the appearance of Sakurabashi before its replacement in 3D point cloud data. [Case Overview] ■ Measurement Target: Sakurabashi (Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture) ■ Measurement Method: 3D Laser Measurement *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Drone Laser Scanner System "TDOT 3 GREEN"

A lightweight green laser system that is resistant to water absorption and capable of underwater surveying, suitable for surveying mountainous areas, river regions, and coastal areas.

In general drone laser surveying, near-infrared laser light is used. While near-infrared is inexpensive and easy to handle, it is easily absorbed by water and has a low reflectivity on black objects, which can result in a lack of surface data depending on the ground conditions as well as the underwater terrain. The TDOT 3 GREEN uses green laser light, which has a wavelength that can overcome the weaknesses of near-infrared. Like near-infrared, it can also be used for land surveying, allowing the TDOT 3 GREEN to perform both terrestrial and underwater terrain surveys with a single unit. ■ Seamless Kinematic Processing The TDOT series provides a system that automates optimal trajectory analysis using electronic reference points and fixed stations that require expertise, seamlessly integrating the entire process up to point cloud data output. ■ Real-Time Display of Survey Data The cross-sectional data during the survey can be checked in real-time, allowing for monitoring whether the surveying work is being conducted as planned.
