[Analysis Case] Quantitative Analysis of Sugars (Monosaccharides to Oligosaccharides) in Soft Drinks

It is possible to quantify the target substance! Here are examples of analyses using the HPLC-RID method and the HPLC-ELSD method.

The ultraviolet absorption of sugars (monosaccharides to oligosaccharides) can only be obtained around 190 to 195 nm, making detection difficult.
