You can create a chic wood grain locker in two different ways. One is through wood grain painting, and the other is by applying a Dynoc sheet.

In public baths, hot spring facilities, and sports gyms, "wood grain" lockers that can express a chic atmosphere are preferred. We would like to introduce the facility lockers that you have currently ordered. In preparation for the grand reopening, there are many types of lockers, and they will feature a wood grain design with a Dynoc sheet finish. We have invited a craftsman who has been working with us for some time to apply the sheets to the locker bodies and doors after painting, and this work is progressing sequentially. Request for locker renewal at the fire academy. We are gradually carrying out replacement work as part of the annual budget plan.

Since 2020, we have received a total of four requests for the removal of existing items and the installation of new ones from the Osaka Prefectural Fire Academy. Our school is an institution that trains fire personnel who are employed by various fire departments (bureaus) within Osaka Prefecture. Students store their field coats, which they use during daily training, in dedicated lockers. However, due to the sweat and water droplets from training, the lockers were severely corroded, and we were considering replacing them when we found the website of Ninhara Works and reached out to them. We conducted a comparative estimate with other companies, but due to the lower price, we decided to proceed with their services.

Differentiation and standardization of board thickness in locker construction.

This time, I will introduce the reasons for using various thicknesses of sheet metal to create lockers and the purpose of standardizing the plate thickness for making a single locker.

At Jinbara Works, we generally use a sheet metal thickness of 0.8 mm when creating valuable item lockers. However, for map cases, we use 1.0 mm, and for sports lockers, we use 1.6 mm, adjusting the thickness based on the product being made. While using thicker sheets can increase strength, using excessively thick sheets can make the product heavier and less user-friendly. Additionally, the price of materials varies with thickness, which can also increase the cost of the products. Therefore, at Jinbara Works, when we receive an order from a customer, we inquire about the size and weight of the items to be stored, as well as the usage conditions, such as whether people will be sitting on it. This allows us to select the appropriate sheet thickness to create a "durable" locker that meets the intended use. In the past, for a single locker, we have used various sheet metals besides the 0.8 mm, including 0.6 mm for reinforcements, 0.7 mm for inner boxes, and 3.2 mm for cams, among others, even for standard products.

We visited an office building in Umeda, Osaka, for delivery with our own team members. This will be a locker for storing changing clothes and other items. Since it will be used in the changing room, you specified a bright and clean painting finish. Following the renovation, we received an order for custom-made lockers. After visiting the site, we created the design and provided color samples to manufacture the custom lockers. We also handled the delivery and the collection and disposal of the existing items as a complete service. I believe this was a great learning opportunity for the employees as well.

To match the preferences of our customers and the atmosphere within the facility, we created custom colors based on the color numbers specified by the Japan Paint Manufacturers Association.
