Utilizing NC lathes and machining centers, we can accommodate not only prototypes but also production runs of around a thousand units!

We would like to introduce a processing case of "pneumatic equipment" that we conducted. For complex internal diameter machining of angular parts, we performed processing using a lathe, double-sided milling machine, and machining center. [Processing Example] Acrylic Transparent Plate, Pipe

The hemispherical dome is manufactured using a vacuum forming machine from sheets! Here we introduce our processing examples.

We would like to introduce a processing case related to physical and chemical instruments that we conducted. The hemispherical dome was produced from a mold and shaped, with holes drilled on the top surface matching the inner diameter of the pipe. A pipe shaped like bamboo shoots was lathe-processed and adhered to the hemispherical dome. A ring, processed into an SR shape to match the dome, was glued to the adhesive part. A ring was added to maintain the strength of the bamboo shoot section. By processing the ring into an SR shape, we ensure good adhesion. Additionally, by producing the hemispherical dome from a mold, customization is possible. We would like to introduce a case study regarding the processing of physical and chemical instruments that we conducted. The cut pipes were machined on a lathe for surface processing. The flange and cover were machined, and additionally, grooves for O-rings and hole processing were made on the flange. The case was created by gluing cut plates together, and the case and main body were attached using a snap lock. The connecting parts on the side of the pipe were processed into an SR shape to match the outer diameter of the pipe. We received a consultation from the manufacturer regarding the improvement of safety during assembly work, and we would like to introduce a case where we changed the shape of the counterbore hole to prevent tearing. In a flange-shaped part, the counterbore hole for the fixing bolt interfered with the center hole and became dangerously thin and knife-like, raising concerns about deformation and other issues. We modified the counterbore hole for the fixing bolt by cutting it into a U-shape towards the center hole, ensuring that no thin, knife-like edges remained.
