We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of insulation resistance decline in transformers (insulating oil) that we conducted. Due to moisture ingress from air breathers and the generation of oxides caused by contact with high-temperature areas, the insulation resistance value decreased, necessitating regular replacement. To address this, we introduced a high-performance filtration system for industrial oil. By removing moisture and generated oxides, we were able to prevent and recover the decline in insulation resistance. Using our DynaFilter, we separate the juice into a high-concentration liquid and a clear liquid, adsorb and remove off-flavors from the clear liquid using activated carbon, and recover the purified liquid.
