Maintaining the same level as new oil without additional oil costs! A case where failures in hydraulic systems such as solenoid valves have significantly decreased.

The coke oven machinery is an important piece of equipment, so we want to reduce the risk of hydraulic system failures. There was a problem of wanting to reduce maintenance such as oil leaks and oil changes. Therefore, we introduced high-performance filtration systems for industrial oil to four units. Additionally, we selected options such as using elements specifically for water-glycol-based oil and changing the pump seals to Viton. After the introduction, we were able to maintain oil quality comparable to new oil without any oil changes, and hydraulic system failures, such as those involving solenoid valves, significantly decreased.
