The "Mitsubishi Blowback Filter (BBF)" is a continuous rotary filtration machine that performs filtration, dewatering, cake washing, cake dislodging, and cloth washing in a continuous manner. It can accommodate both vacuum filtration and pressure filtration, allowing you to select filtration conditions tailored to your needs.

■ It can be used for pressure filtration and vacuum filtration across a wide range of particle sizes.
■ It is easy to implement sealing and explosion-proof measures, making it suitable for filtering, separating, washing cakes, and dewatering substances containing solvents or under high temperature and pressure conditions.
■ It operates at low speeds of a few rotations per minute, ensuring stable operation. This facilitates easy operational and maintenance management, leading to significant labor savings.
■ By adopting a unique technology called spot blow, the flow rate of the filtrate and cleaning liquid passing through the filtrate pipe is increased, allowing for a higher drum rotation speed compared to conventional drum filters (Oliver filters), which improves dewatering rates and enables downsizing of the equipment.
■ If enhanced cleaning effects are desired, the cleaning process can be extended. Recovery of the cleaning liquid is also possible.
■ We can propose filtration areas ranging from 0.25 m² to 70 m², tailored to the required processing volume.
