This is a motor core assembly product. The material of the laminated core is 35A440, which is primarily used for power transmission devices and is classified as a laminated core product.
This motor core undergoes processing by wire cutting after the electromagnetic steel sheets are laminated and bonded in advance. Our laminated core's lamination bonding technology enables high-precision lamination bonding filled with unique know-how, and it is one of the technologies that has received much appreciation from our customers.
Additionally, in the wire cutting process, the T-shaped stator part is processed to be divided into “-” and “I” shapes. After that, a bobbin is attached to the laminated iron core in the “I” shape, and copper flat wire is wound around it.
