The "KV-202" is a tabletop vacuum ultraviolet spectrophotometer that uses our proprietary nitrogen purge type spectrometer (KV-200). Light from a deuterium lamp that emits ultraviolet radiation enters the spectrometer through a focusing system, is dispersed by a diffraction grating, and monochromatic light is extracted. The extracted monochromatic light is split into two optical paths; one is detected for monitoring to compensate for changes in the light source. "Smart Analysis" is a spectrophotometer provided by DNAPhone (Italy) that allows for the easy analysis of various parameters in juice, must, red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines. The measurement time is approximately within 10 minutes, and the required wine sample volume is less than 1cc. Thanks to patented optical technology, it can measure the entire spectrum in the ultraviolet-visible range, enabling color analysis based on the CIELab method. Additionally, some parameter measurement methods comply with the OIV method (International Organisation of Vine and Wine analysis method). The compact device with a built-in battery can be carried around for measurements. It allows for accurate and highly reproducible analysis with temperature control. Measurements are conducted using a tablet device with a dedicated app downloaded. Users scan the QR code displayed on the reagent box and follow the instructions on the tablet to proceed with the measurement. The measurement procedure is displayed graphically, making it intuitive to operate. The reagents are used in a single-use reagent set (containing 20 units), and by scanning the QR code, the unique data of the reagent is automatically reflected, eliminating the need for cumbersome tasks such as calibrating the device before measurement.
