The specifications of the device indicate an ethanol evaporation rate of 4 kg/h at a hot air temperature of 140°C. While there is a strong demand for organic solvents, there are extremely limited places where testing, the first step in production, can be conducted, leading to difficulties in development. We have received feedback regarding this issue through inquiries on our website and during exhibitions every year. To respond to this persistent need, we will begin operations in late January 2025. 【Solving these challenges and concerns】 ■ We want to safely dry raw materials that cannot be processed with water-based methods. ■ We lack spray-drying equipment and know-how, making testing and prototyping impossible. ■ We want to test what kind of powders can be produced with a spray dryer in small quantities.
