We will thoroughly identify how the characteristics of the technology and products held by your company provide lifestyle benefits for various users (this is an important step for product planning in different applications or entirely different markets from existing products).
2. Discovering unmet (desired but unfulfilled) needs
We will translate lifestyle benefits into lifestyle needs and identify the actions currently being taken to meet those needs. Next, we will uncover unmet needs from those actions and the associated issues. (We will refer to our company's data.)
3. Generating product ideas

4. Creating product concepts
