This is a case where a blow disk was adopted for application to new equipment. The application location is the dust collector hopper section. Since the blow disk injects air along the inner surface of the hopper, it is generally the case that the effectiveness does not change significantly even if the installation position is slightly off. The key point this time is that due to the properties of the target material, the air pressure used is high, the air ON time is short, and air aeration is performed in a pulsed manner. This is an introduction to a case where the powder did not drop at all from the hopper, and despite various attempts, nothing worked. Knockers and vibrators were not effective, and a homemade aeration system created by modifying the piping also had no effect. We received a call expressing interest in trying a blow disk. We have been evaluated as having resolved the issue of clogging, and you have adopted our equipment.

This is a case adopted by a business primarily engaged in the molding of resin products. When introducing a new hopper, the mixing ratio of crushed material and virgin material was changed, which led to the occurrence of bridging that had not happened with this material before. They contacted us expressing a desire to try the BroaDisk. After receiving information about the hopper and materials, we promptly decided to send a demo unit. We have adopted a blow disk to improve the emission defects occurring on the fly ash side!

This is an inquiry made through a trading company regarding an issue at an existing plant. A single round silo is divided into two sections by an internal partition, and this equipment was introduced to improve the discharge issues occurring on the fly ash side of one half. We received an inquiry and a request for a loan through the trading company, and it was later adopted. After your inquiry, we reviewed the hopper diagram and the sample of the target material, and provided guidance on the applicable models, quantities, and layout (arranging 4 standard Brodisks). Based on the above information, we loaned the Brodisks for testing by the user, and the results were favorable, leading to implementation. The sample was a type of powder with quite poor conditions, so for air control, it is ideal to turn on the air for each of the 4 Brodisks one at a time with a time delay. First, we installed it on one of the many containers! The bridge was resolved without any issues using a Brody disk.

The equipment was installed in a container for food additives (one of many). Although the interior was polished with a #400 buff to improve sliding, it was found that the bridge could not be eliminated, so it was first installed in one of the many containers. It was discovered that the bridge could be resolved without any issues using a blow disk, and subsequently, it has been installed in all of the many containers. Arranging 14 Brodisk BD-15S-B units! A case study targeting high-moisture incineration ash.

The measures for the shelf suspension of incineration ash have been adopted. We received contact from the customer stating, "The hopper's slope is 45° and is too gentle, causing bridging." As a countermeasure, they had already decided to modify the hopper (by adding steel plates to create a steep slope), but they also expressed a desire to add our equipment in line with this. Since it was mentioned that the incineration ash had a high moisture content, we provided a proposal for installation considering this. A total of 14 blow discs were arranged on the 2500 surface (2 surfaces).
