0608 Elimination of magnesium oxide bridging and adhesion.

Install a broad disk on each inclined surface to solve the bridge and adhesion issues.

This is an example where a bridge occurred in the cushion tank installed at the bottom of the dust collector, and this equipment was installed as a countermeasure. During the initial inquiry, there was a request to borrow this equipment, so we provided guidance on the placement along with the shipment of the equipment. Before the bridge occurred, there seemed to be adhesion on the inner surface of the hopper, but with the installation of the blow disk this time, the adhesion has been eliminated. 【Case Overview】 ■ Equipment Flow - Dust Collector → Rotary Valve → Target Hopper → Next Process ■ Target Hopper - Dimensions: 400×400 - Discharge Section: 100×100 * One side is vertical and three sides are inclined. 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of the risk of foreign matter contamination, so strength and durability are crucial. The silicone disk of this equipment is exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is important! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller prepared. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

0609 Resolving compressed clogging

Affordable with good cost performance! Solve fine particle clogging with the Brodisk.

We would like to introduce an example of resolving powder clogging caused by long-term storage after feeding materials into the hopper. While the flowability is good shortly after feeding, the powder surface decreases over time, resulting in a significantly compacted state. After installing this equipment, discharge was smooth. We first lent out the actual product for confirmation, and it was immediately adopted. 【Case Overview】 ■ Contents: Chemicals (particle size is undisclosed, but very fine particles) ■ Hopper: Φ1000 ■ Discharge diameter: 125A ■ Configuration: 4 broad disks arranged in a staggered manner (2 each) ■ Control: Manual air ON during material discharge 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disk of this equipment is exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Example of eliminating rat holes in resin micro powder (fluffy type)

Here is an example of a case where it is okay not to use the originally installed knocker!

We would like to introduce a case where we received an inquiry regarding the growth of adhesion in the hopper section of a dust collector, which was becoming rat-hole shaped, asking if there was any way to address this issue. The material in question has strong adhesion properties, and to prevent this adhesion from growing, we consulted on the arrangement of the blow discs and implemented the necessary changes. After implementation, the internal condition was checked through the bug flapper door, and it was confirmed that rat holes, as seen previously, were not occurring, resulting in a good outcome. 【Case Overview】 ■Objective - To prevent the growth of adhesion in the hopper section of the dust collector. ■Results - Rat holes, as seen previously, did not occur, resulting in a good outcome. - No issues arose from not using the originally installed knockers. 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■The elastic discs (silicone) are very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone discs of this equipment are exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use them, you will understand! ■Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller prepared.

0620 Preventing bridging of defatted soybean flour

The modified hopper has been installed and is operating well! Here is a case where hammering has been eliminated.

Here is a case where we were consulted about wanting to introduce a Broa Disk in line with the modification of a defatted soybean hopper. The consultation involved the occurrence of bridging in the defatted soybean hopper, which required hammering each time, resulting in an uneven hopper. They wanted to introduce the "Broa Disk" to address the hopper modification. Our product was installed on the modified hopper, and thereafter, it was able to operate smoothly without the need for hammering. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issue - Bridging occurs in the defatted soybean hopper, requiring hammering each time, causing the hopper to become uneven. ■ Proposal - We listened to the situation, reviewed the hopper diagram and samples, and provided guidance on models, layout, and control examples. - At the same time, we lent out a sample of the Broa Disk. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

At the cellulose fiber hopper 0643

Increase aeration frequency! Introducing a case study that solved the "unmanageable bridge."

We received a call from a customer saying, 'A bridge has formed in the cellulose fiber hopper, and there's nothing we can do about it.' After requesting the materials sample and drawings for confirmation, we found that although it was a challenging sample, there were similar conditions with proven results. Based on our experience, we proposed the introduction of a blow disk, which was subsequently adopted. By increasing the frequency of aeration (shortening the air ON interval) and raising the air pressure compared to general usage conditions, we resolved the 'bridge that seemed impossible to fix.' [Case Summary (Partial)] ■ Issue - A bridge formed in the cellulose fiber hopper ■ Result - By increasing the frequency of aeration (shortening the air ON interval) and raising the air pressure compared to general usage conditions, we resolved the 'bridge that seemed impossible to fix.' *Detailed information about the case can be viewed through the related links. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

0650 At the recycling plant (urethane)

Easily solve powder bridging! We will introduce case studies of BroaDisk.

We would like to introduce a case where "Blow Disks" were implemented at a recycling plant. We received inquiries about measures to address bridging occurring in the hopper of the recycling plant, and this equipment was introduced. Four Blow Disks (standard type) were activated one by one at a relatively high air pressure. The controller used in this case is equipped with four solenoid valves. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Site: Recycling Plant ■ Products ・Blow Disk BD-15S-B x 4 ・Controller C-SV4 x 1 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disks in this equipment are exceptionally strong and durable. We believe you will understand this once you use it! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

0676 Improvement measures for sludge incineration ash bridge

We would like to introduce examples of cases where our services have been adopted for the regular maintenance of existing plants!

We would like to introduce a case where our "Brodisk" was adopted. "There is already an air rater (metal mesh type) installed as a bridge countermeasure in the hopper for sludge incineration ash. However, due to poor discharge, we would like to leave the existing air rater as is and add the Brodisk," was the inquiry we received. After receiving information from the customer regarding the hopper diagram, the type and arrangement of the existing air rater, and the contents, we provided recommendations for the model and arrangement of the Brodisk. After installation, the plant has been operating without any issues. 【Case Overview】 ■ Hopper dimensions: 2500×2500 ■ Discharge section dimensions: 300×300 ■ Contents: Sludge incineration ash, bulk density 0.5-0.6 ■ Existing equipment: Bin flow ■ Our equipment arrangement: 12 units installed in total, with 1 unit on the lower level and 2 units on the upper level per side *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

At the gypsum board dust collection hopper.

Turn on 8 Brodisks in pairs with a time delay! A case where the customer's issue was resolved without any problems.

We would like to introduce a case where a "blow disk" was installed in the hopper section of a dust collector at a recycling factory. The customer faced issues with the dust collector hopper, where a bridge (powder clogging) occurred above the discharge rotary valve during the crushing of gypsum boards. The square hopper retained powder in all four corners, leading to a blockage of the discharge section when the residual material fell all at once. We placed one blow disk (Type 15) slightly above the discharge section on each side, and additionally, one more of the same type of blow disk was positioned at the corners of the hopper above this, resulting in a total of 8 blow disks (2 per side). By using a controller (C-SV4) equipped with 4 solenoid valves, we activated the 8 blow disks in pairs with a time delay, effectively resolving the customer's issues without any problems. 【Equipment and Other Conditions】 ■ Hopper Dimensions: 1500×1500 ■ Discharge Section Dimensions: 200×200 ■ Discharge Device: Rotary Valve ■ Material: Crushed Gypsum Board (Dust) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
