Last year, our company developed NFX-5490, which combines ceramics and fluororesin to achieve high hardness and excellent non-stick properties. Compared to conventional fluororesin coatings, this film has significantly higher wear and scratch resistance; however, due to its insulating properties, there were concerns about the potential for static electricity or ignition/explosion in organic solvent environments. Therefore, while maintaining the characteristics of NFX-5490, we newly developed NFX-5490EC, which also has anti-static properties. With its anti-static capabilities, it can be used in organic solvent environments, and its application is expected to be broader than that of NFX-5490. *Samples are also available. Fluororesin Coating "Nidax, Nifgrip, Toughram" ■ Hard and Smooth Surface - Nidax - A surface treatment based on a nickel coating for iron, stainless steel, and copper alloys, where fluororesin is impregnated into the deposited nickel coating and then heat-treated. - It features high hardness, excellent wear resistance, slip properties, galling prevention, and non-stick properties, along with superior adhesion to the material, making it a high-performance composite treatment. ■ Surface Rich in Release Properties - Nifgrip - A surface treatment for iron, stainless steel, and copper alloys, where nickel and fluororesin are co-precipitated and then heat-treated. - The coating has 10% and 30% fluororesin uniformly distributed by volume, allowing the performance of the fluororesin to be fully realized, particularly excelling in non-stick properties, providing sufficient effects for release and slip properties, resulting in a high-performance composite film. ■ Smooth and Hard Surface - Toughram - An ideal treatment for surface processing of aluminum and aluminum alloys. - It excels in wear resistance, slip properties, corrosion resistance, seawater resistance, release properties, and electrical insulation, achieving a high-performance composite film integrated with the base material through surface treatment technology. - It is applied in a wide range of fields and used in many products and components.

We have prepared a series that exhibits excellent non-stick and release properties, particularly against sticky materials such as adhesives, molten resins, and adhesive tapes. ■ Series Composition - Super TP/TP Series (all fluoropolymer) - Super CTT Series (surface treatment + siloxane) - Super Alloy Coating ■ Super TP/TP Series The entire surface treatment is composed of fluoropolymer, making it usable in silicone-free environments. Additionally, there is no siloxane contamination. ■ Super CTT Series Thanks to a special convex surface treatment and silicone rubber, it demonstrates outstanding non-stick properties. When using, consideration must be given to the potential transfer of silicone to the counterpart material. ■ Super Alloy Coating This release coating allows for surface adjustment using a special alloy that balances flexibility and high hardness. We would like to introduce a case where issues arising from the use of release agents in molding with materials that tend to stick were improved through surface treatment. ■ What we wanted to achieve in the molding process - A large amount of release agent was used because the molded rubber material stuck to the mold and could not be removed. We wanted to address the impact of release agent spraying on human health and the deterioration of the environment! ■ Background for selecting surface treatment - Since mass-produced items require several hours for a single molding, we wanted to reduce the effort of reprocessing surface treatments due to the large number of molds. - We wanted to avoid contamination of products due to wear or peeling of the surface treatment. - We also wanted to maintain the dimensional accuracy of the molds. ■ Effects achieved through surface treatment - We adopted a surface treatment that maintains dimensional accuracy and is resistant to peeling and wear. - By using it in conjunction with release agents, we successfully extended the lifespan of the surface treatment and reduced the amount of release agent used. ■ Currently, we are offering a trial set and a collection of case studies for improvements in the molding process! ■Issues to be Resolved Elimination of line clogging troubles when transporting infusion packs through stainless steel chutes. ■Reason for Choosing Surface Treatment Although a pusher was installed on the transport line, the inefficiency could not be resolved. ■Background for Selecting Surface Treatment - Buff polishing and fluororesin coating were adopted for the chute surface, but improvements were limited. - The need to continue using the pusher arose. - Co-deposited plating with fluororesin was also used, but it did not lead to improvements. ■Adopted Surface Treatment "Super TP HL" ■Effects of Surface Treatment By adopting a surface treatment that allows control of surface shape using only fluororesin, it became possible to operate smoothly without using a pusher.
