[Case Study: Manufacturing Subsidy] Establishing a Consistent System to Meet Client Needs
Introducing a case where high precision and shorter delivery times were achieved through 4-axis simultaneous machining and reduction of setup changes!
We would like to introduce a case where the manufacturing subsidy for monozukuri (manufacturing) was utilized to solve challenges in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. The necessity for introducing new machinery and equipment arises because the currently owned machinery cannot meet the high precision and short delivery time demands for aluminum alloy parts; therefore, new MC machining centers and high-precision measuring equipment are required. The technical challenges include delays in outsourcing due to the lack of high-precision MC machining centers, which hampers the ability to respond to short delivery times, as well as the inability to conduct product measurements that meet customer needs. By introducing high-precision MC machining centers and other equipment, we were able to achieve higher precision and shorter delivery times. [Overview] - Implementation Site: Automotive Parts Manufacturing Industry - Background: Responding to the needs of major automobile manufacturers - Solution: Achieving high precision in products through the introduction of high-precision MC machining centers *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
