Processing that minimizes sagging and burrs during pressing to the utmost limit is possible! We are committed to pursuing better product quality.

We would like to introduce examples of press processing using SUS material. Processing of SUS alone (approximately t0.05 to 0.1) or a composite of SUS and adhesive material can be performed on a small high-speed press machine, minimizing deformation and burrs during pressing to the utmost limit. The offset distance between the SUS and the adhesive material can also be controlled arbitrarily, allowing us to meet various customer needs. Additionally, by observing the cross-section of the pressed product under a microscope, we can ensure stable quality confirmation of mass-produced products and quickly detect abnormalities. [VA/VE Case] Replacement of Die Casting Press

Press release on a joint project with a client! A case study of achieving cost reduction.

We would like to introduce a VA/VE case study on "Replacing Die Casting with Pressing" that our company conducted. There was a challenge regarding the high cost of die-cast ECU covers, so we launched a joint project with our customer to consider changing the manufacturing method from die casting to pressing. We solved various challenges associated with the method change, such as verifying the feasibility of the shape and introducing a dedicated cleaning machine to ensure the strength of adhesive assembly, achieving cost reduction through pressing. Additionally, the frequency of mold updates has been reduced to one-tenth of what it was before, leading to a decrease in running costs.
