The system for planning the production of final products was automated, but the production planning for parts was done using Excel. As global demands became increasingly stringent, it became difficult to manage with Excel, leading to the decision to implement 'Asprova'. After implementation, work-in-progress and raw material inventory were reduced by 20%. The time required for monthly manufacturing instruction planning was shortened from 3 days to 1.5 days, and the database and visualization of planning information were achieved.
