At Taifeng Tire Co., Ltd., we were using Excel to create production plans, but we faced issues such as being unable to reflect order status in the production plans, poor collaboration between production and sales, and an unnecessary increase in product inventory. Therefore, we decided to implement our production scheduler 'Asprova'.
