We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the reception system "Smart at reception" at TKC Corporation, which provides information services to accounting firms and local public organizations. Amid the push for telework during the COVID-19 pandemic, it became necessary to review the main and reception phone lines, which could only be handled via fixed phones. We combined the cloud PBX "ConnecTalk" with this system and implemented it simultaneously across 62 locations nationwide. When visitors perform reception operations on an iPad, they are directly connected to the responsible person's smartphone via "ConnecTalk," eliminating the hassle of relaying calls. The ability to remotely maintain settings for all locations from a cloud management screen has also been highly praised. With the transition to a free-address system at the headquarters, we have been advancing the operation of the cloud IT phone service "Dialpad" and adopted this system that can be integrated. Customers can easily search for employees from an iPad placed at the reception, allowing for reception without having to dial phone numbers.
