The FF35 CT and FF85 CT of Comet Yxlon are characterized by high flexibility and exceptional precision due to their dual-tube design. They are utilized in a wide range of fields, including semiconductor packaging, additive manufacturing, automotive parts, and materials research, demonstrating their capabilities in environments where rapid and high-precision visualization of internal structures is required. Furthermore, these systems have now evolved further. A new high-density power (HDP) target has been adopted for the 225 kV micro-focus directional beam tube, which can be mounted on both models. While maintaining the same housing size and water-cooled focal stability as before, the output density has been doubled. This results in reduced inspection time, more detailed image acquisition, and long-term stable performance.
