The DU series is a 0.4mm pitch floating connector. It achieves productization with the industry's smallest contact pitch of 0.4mm for floating connectors. When compared to our 0.5mm pitch floating connector DY series, the board space occupied is reduced by approximately 48% for the plug and about 31% for the receptacle. Despite the 0.4mm pitch, it allows for ±0.4mm movement in the XY direction, which can absorb assembly tolerance deviations in equipment. The mounting method is vertical direct connection. The contact area on the plug side has an arc shape, similar to the DY series, making it difficult to catch foreign objects. The receptacle eliminates terminal exposure on the bottom surface, preventing foreign object intrusion and allowing for pattern wiring at the contact bottom. The effective mating length of the DU series is 1.2mm, ensuring reliability during mating. The contact method is a contact cantilever type. The number of contacts can expand up to 200, compared to a maximum of 140 in the DY series. For 200 contacts, a compact design of 40.36mm in the longitudinal direction and 7.5mm in the width direction is achieved. The stack height is from 7mm. As a dust prevention measure, the receptacle side is equipped with Kapton tape for automatic mounting, sealing the mating port.

The 88 series consistently adopts the contact concept of "vertical two-point contact straight beam method," is resistant to chipping with its three-sided protective mold, and is a standard connector for half-pitch connectors, offering a wide variety of options and a strong track record. This is a high-stack type connector from the 8800 series. It is effective when there are tall mounted components in industrial equipment and similar applications. The standard mounting heights are available in three types: 20, 24, and 30 mm, but custom heights can be specified within the range of 20 to 30 mm.

The 89 series is a half-pitch low-profile connector with a follow-type single-point contact concept. It is the smallest low-profile type among half-pitch connectors, equipped with a guide mechanism and capable of SMT compatibility. It has become the de facto standard product for removable applications in laptops. Additionally, the right angle version features a three-row contact tail designed for high-density mounting. Five stack heights are available from 7 to 12 mm, and eight variations of pin counts are offered, ranging from 20 to 120 pins, allowing for a wide range of needs to be met. Of course, three-dimensional connections in horizontal, vertical, and stacked configurations are also possible.

This is a 1mm pitch SMT connector that enables even higher density mounting from a harp pitch connector. Similar to half-pitch connectors, it allows for three-dimensional connections in horizontal, vertical, and stacked configurations, and offers a wide range of pin count variations from 30 to 120 pins. The receptacle side is equipped with a buckling prevention mechanism, achieving a stack connection height of 5mm and a mounting height of 4.8mm for horizontal connections, resulting in a compact and low-profile design. The straight type is designed with automatic mounting in mind, featuring a suction pad, while the right-angle type provides ample suction surface on the top.

Both flange and non-flange types are available to meet diverse customer needs. The 100-pole version includes ribs for enhanced strength, achieving a maximum of 200 poles in a half-pitch design.

It is the smallest and lowest profile type of half-pitch connector, equipped with a guiding mechanism and capable of SMT compatibility. This product is the flexible stack type "8903N-FS series," which has the same shape and dimensions as the "8903 series." Since it is based on the highly regarded "8903 series" in the market, it can be directly mated with connectors that were compatible with the 8903 series (8913-□□□-178S□-□, 8913-□□□-178MS□-A, 8930E-□□□-178MS, 8931E-□□□-178□). Standard stack heights are available in 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, and 30mm, but we can flexibly accommodate heights between 20 and 32mm, so please feel free to contact us.

It is the smallest and lowest-profile type among half-pitch connectors, equipped with a guide mechanism and compatible with SMT (Surface Mount Technology). This product is the SMT-compatible version. By attaching fixing brackets on both sides, it reduces the load on the contacts. The stack height is available in 7mm and 8mm, and there are eight variations in the number of contacts, ranging from 20 to 120 contacts.

The DJ series is a 1.0mm pitch two-piece connector developed as a next-generation removable connector. This series features a straight-type SMT connector on the unit side and a flexible light angle DIP type on the PC side, allowing for free selection of alignment (four types).
