The fixing type locking liquid contains microcapsules that are not visible to the eye. They burst under the pressure of tightening the screw, causing a chemical reaction with the hardener outside the microcapsules, resulting in an adhesive effect. As a result, the locking agent pre-applied to the screw firmly adheres to the counterpart with the adhesive, demonstrating its locking effect. Additionally, not all microcapsules burst, so it can be reused up to about five times depending on the conditions after removal. By adhering perfectly, it also excels in sealing effects. ■Resistance Type The characteristic of the resistance type is "filling gaps." Unlike the fixing type, the resistance type does not contain microcapsules or adhesives in the locking liquid, and thus has no adhesive effect. The resistance type mainly mixes resins and other materials into the locking liquid, providing excellent elasticity and demonstrating a high locking effect due to resistance with the pilot hole. It is suitable for use in plastic products and other applications where strong adhesive effects would be counterproductive, as well as for adjustment screws and to prevent detachment.

Conventional stainless steel is prone to localized corrosion in solutions containing chloride ions, such as seawater, or in chlorine environments, which limits its use and requires frequent maintenance. "Marine Stainless MS-270" is an austenitic stainless steel that has superior resistance to chloride corrosion and stress corrosion cracking compared to SUS316 and duplex steel. Additionally, by adding molybdenum, nitrogen, and copper to high chromium and high nickel, this special stainless steel significantly improves corrosion resistance and also excels in acid resistance. With "Marine Stainless MS-270," maintenance-free operation becomes possible.

The insert nut is a work-friendly insert that can be used with materials such as resin and aluminum, which are prone to thread destruction when directly tapped. It is used to reinforce the threaded parts of materials with low mechanical strength. Since the external threads of the insert nut support the axial force of the screw, it can extract more strength from the base material than a directly tapped screw. The reinforcement using the insert is limited by the shear strength of the individual base material or the mechanical strength of the bolts used, but the insert itself does not break.

In addition to its high heat resistance, it suppresses bacterial growth for a long time even in small amounts. - The knob part is made of ASA resin, and the cap part is made of PP (polypropylene). It is highly resistant to heat, light, and weather, making it suitable for outdoor use. - Like conventional knobs, it eliminates the need for tools such as wrenches or spanners to operate screws, leading to improved work efficiency. It is suitable for areas where frequent installation, removal, and position adjustments are required. - By simply turning the cap part 60 degrees with your fingertip or a coin, bolts and nuts can be easily attached and detached, allowing for the selection and modification of bolt materials and lengths as needed.

The fittings mainly called elbows serve to change the direction of fluid (gas or liquid) flow. Depending on the usage, they are classified into three types based on the bending angle: 45°, 90°, and 180°. Additionally, fittings known as tees and wyes have the function of branching or merging fluid flow. - Due to the properties of the urethane material, urethane wheels have the drawback of easily trapping chips and damaging the road surface because of their high surface hardness and resilience. By adopting a special rubber, we have successfully reduced the amount of chips that get trapped to less than 1/10 compared to conventional rubber and urethane wheels. This allows the wheels to be used for a long time without damaging the road surface. - In the case of standard rubber wheels, the low oil resistance can cause the rubber molecules to deteriorate and tear easily when exposed to oil, leading to various issues. However, the special rubber has excellent oil resistance, preventing deterioration from oil and also reducing dirt on the road surface. You can use it with confidence even in harsh environments, such as those exposed to cutting oil. (However, depending on the type of oil, it may not be usable for long periods.) - In addition to the moderate elasticity of the special rubber, the wheel bearing section is equipped with radial ball bearings, stabilizing the axle and achieving smooth and comfortable movement. The wheel sizes available are 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm.
