The "Pearldex PDW Series" is a simple indexing device composed of three components: a cam, a wheel, and a follower, belonging to the barrel cam mechanism. By replacing the follower with a steel ball, the PDW series achieves miniaturization compared to conventional barrel cam indexing, and the output shaft performs intermittent rotational motion following the cam curve by rotating the cam at a constant speed. This product features a two-stage indexing mechanism using a cam and a locking mechanism with a locating pin, providing high indexing accuracy and rigidity. By mounting it on a frame, it can be used as a rotating table, and its simple structure, air drive, and grease-sealed design make maintenance easy.
