We would like to introduce a case where our "TCG Runner" and "TLS (TGC Lubrication Supply System)" were adopted. In the stocker transport section of the machine tool, a rack and pinion system was used. However, during lubrication maintenance, the installation location of the rack was set at a high and difficult-to-work area, resulting in significant labor costs for maintenance, prompting a search for a solution. After adoption, maintenance-free operation was achieved without the need for additional lubrication, contributing to a reduction in maintenance frequency and running costs. We would like to introduce a case where our "TCG Inner Tooth Ring" was adopted. In order to achieve high-precision positioning for the swivel drive part of observation equipment such as radar, we considered using the TCG ring. However, there were space limitations in the equipment, and there was no room to install a drive source outside the cam ring. After adoption, we achieved space-saving while maintaining high speed ratios and high-precision positioning in observation equipment with space constraints. We would like to introduce a case study that adopted our "TCG Runner Stainless Steel Specification." We considered methods for transporting high-load workpieces within a clean room. While we were looking into using rack and pinion or chains for high-speed operation, issues such as positioning accuracy, dust generation, and the risk of rust became problems in the adoption process.
