The ELM631FA is a synchronous buck-boost converter that incorporates four switch transistors. It can continuously boost and buck over a wide range of input and output voltages. With peak current mode and fixed off-time control, it enables smooth voltage control in all modes: boost, buck-boost, and buck. It employs a current detection method based on the DC resistance of the coil, allowing for high-efficiency control without current sensing resistors. An external phase compensation circuit enables stable control under a wide range of operating conditions. It includes built-in features such as a soft-start circuit, maximum switch current limit, input voltage drop detection, overvoltage output detection, overload-output short protection, and overheat protection. The rich built-in features facilitate power system configuration, reduce the need for external components, and allow for a smaller footprint. The ELM631FA uses a 28-pin QFN package measuring 5mm x 5mm.

**Overview** The ELM185xB is a bipolar structure laser diode driver IC that incorporates an APC circuit consisting of a reference voltage source and an error amplifier. It stabilizes the laser output against changes in supply voltage and temperature using the reference voltage source within the IC. The driver output can drive laser currents of up to 400mA. Due to its compact package, it allows for implementation in a minimal area. As a protective feature, it includes a cutoff circuit for abnormal high temperatures and has the capability to limit the laser drive current in case of control loop failure. 【Overview】 This IC incorporates an APC circuit that maintains a constant laser output and can control a forward current of up to 120mA for the LD. It includes a bandgap reference voltage circuit and an APC laser drive circuit, allowing the laser output to be set arbitrarily by an external resistor. Additionally, this IC is implemented in a compact SC-70-5 package, requiring few external components and enabling very small PCB footprints. The ELM73 series is a CMOS voltage detector IC with a delay function, and the delay time can be adjusted with an external capacitor. It operates with a very low supply current (Typ. 260nA). The ELM73xxxBxxA series features a manual reset function, allowing for manual resets at any time. There are two output styles: N-channel open-drain output and CMOS output. When the supply voltage Vdd drops below the detection voltage, the output level goes low. The detection voltages available as standard are 2.2V, 2.7V, 3.0V, and 4.0V, but they can be customized in the range of 1.4V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments. Since March 2019, a new pin configuration has been established for the SC-70-5 package, making it pin-compatible with NJU770x from NJ Corporation, thus enhancing usability.
