Terasic's second installment of the Agilex 5 SOM series. The Comet A13 SOM (P0823, P0845) is an embedded module that features the Agilex 5 E SoC series FPGA, 3 banks of 32-bit wide DDR4 (totaling 12GB), a system management section including power supply, and two 400-pin SEAM8 connectors, all in a size of 60mm x 55mm. Terasic has an overwhelming track record of mass-producing boards equipped with higher-end Agilex 7 and supplying numerous Altera FPGA-based boards for a long time. Stratix 10 TX 400 FPGA-equipped board. It is designed for applications that send vast amounts of sensor data to the GPU side via NVIDIA Hololink, but it can also be used for various purposes as a general-purpose FPGA board equipped with a high-performance FPGA with 378kLE, 100GbE x2 (QSFP28 x2), and FMC+. Terasic has started accepting orders for the Atum A3 Nano (P0803) board equipped with the Agilex 3 C FPGA A3CZ135BB18AE7S. For more details, please contact Tateno Denno Co., Ltd. The FPGA is A3CZ135BB18AE7S. The logic scale is 135k LE (45,800 ALM), internal memory is 6.89Mbit (M20k), 1.4Mbit (MLAB). There are 368 DSPs with 18x19 multipliers, INT8 2.5TOPS (Peak). It comes in a B18A package (474 pins). There are no HPS (CPU) or high-speed transceivers. External memory includes 128Mbit QSPI for configuration and 64MB SDRAM (32-bit connection). External I/O can be used at 3.3V levels, with Terasic's 20x2 connector GPIO and 2 PMODs.
