The O-Solution DS-5000 acoustic vibration analysis system, released with the concept of "anywhere, immediately, easily," leverages the digital signal processing technology that Ono Sokki has cultivated over more than 40 years and incorporates feedback from customers in various fields. "Anywhere" - Compact and lightweight, battery-operated, and features strong noise isolation. "Immediately" - Switch between measurement and analysis with one click and quickly check data. The lineup of GPS speedometers has been completely renewed. The LC-8300A is the flagship model from Pioneer and Ono Sokki, the pioneers of speedometers. With our unique IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) correction algorithm, it achieves stable speed measurement even in urban areas where radio interference is likely due to trees and buildings, unaffected by testing environments. It is equipped with a wealth of testing functions that comply with regulations, making it suitable for various vehicle tests. With a compact body design and simple configuration, testing can be conducted without a PC. It can be utilized for a wide range of testing and measurement needs.

In the automotive industry, electrification is rapidly advancing, and many types of motors are being used, leading to a demand for motors that minimize cogging torque and torque ripple, which can cause vibrations and noise. Therefore, there is a need for a highly rigid torque detector that can accurately capture torque fluctuations. On the other hand, there is an increasing demand for high-speed rotation specifications for motors used in EV scooters and compressors for air conditioners overseas. We have developed a torque detector that can meet these demands.

Revamping the lineup of digital tachometers. The TM-3100 series has been redesigned, giving birth to the new digital tachometer "TM-4000 series," which integrates a multifunctional tachometer, reversible counter, and passage time/passage speed meter. While inheriting the functions and performance of the previous models, it pursues high precision and high responsiveness. Users can select the input format according to the connected external devices and sensors, allowing for customization by combining various functions such as analog output, comparator output, and DC power supply. The TM-4000 series meets the diverse needs of rotational speed measurement and supports the realization of DX and smart factory initiatives.

The MP-9810 and MP-9830 are non-contact magnetic-type rotation detectors that incorporate magnetoresistive elements, permanent magnets, DC amplifiers, and voltage regulators within a compact body. They output a stable rectangular wave signal by being positioned close to the tips of the detection gear attached to the rotating shaft, functioning effectively from ultra-low to high speeds. Applications can be built by combining them with devices such as the TM-4000 series digital tachometers and FV-1500 FV converters to measure the rotational speed of various rotating equipment. - Detection distance from the gear can be extended up to 3 mm. - Compatible with power supply voltages of 12 to 24 V, enhancing convenience during equipment integration. - Improved environmental resistance, compliant with IP67. - Retains the basic performance, dimensions, and mounting shape of conventional models, ensuring easy replacement.

The CF-9200A/CF-9400A (CF-9000A series) is an all-in-one portable-style FFT analyzer. It does not require an analysis PC, and all operations of the FFT analyzer can be performed using only the hardware keys and the capacitive touch panel on the main unit. With a newly developed 24-bit A/D converter and a high-performance front end capable of 100 kHz analysis, it allows for easier and more reliable analysis of noise and vibrations emitted by mechanical devices such as plant piping, pumps, motors, automobiles, railways, and home appliances, compared to conventional models. Additionally, it responds to field solutions requiring FFT analysis, such as resonance and frequency characteristic analysis of mechanical structures using electromagnetic exciters or impulse hammers.

At Ono Instruments, we handle the accelerometer 'NP-2000 series,' which extracts mechanical vibration quantities as electrical signals proportional to vibration acceleration. We offer seven types, ranging from ultra-compact to general-purpose and high-temperature compatible types, allowing you to select the appropriate detector based on your intended use, conditions, and application. The "MI-1271M12" consists of a free-field type 1/2-inch electret condenser microphone that complies with IEC 61094-4 Type WS2F and a preamplifier. By adopting a titanium diaphragm for the microphone and improving electret performance, it achieves long-term stability and a wide frequency range from 1Hz to 20kHz. It can also be used in a wide temperature range from -30°C to +80°C.
