With the "Reel to Reel Method," we achieve high productivity through automation, including feeding and winding, and can produce high-quality TAB/COF using a non-contact method that minimizes human intervention. ○Mass Production Feasibility Verification We convert the equipment capabilities and tolerances of PWB mass production factories into unique parameters to verify productivity and analyze mass production during the wiring design phase. ○Implementation Feasibility Verification Based on abundant feedback data, we accumulate hierarchical parameters and know-how in a proprietary database to conduct implementation analysis. ○Issue Feedback Based on data obtained from PWB mass production and implementation mass production both domestically and internationally, we propose optimal component arrangements and material selections, and carry out wiring designs that meet the specified requirements.

● Mass production of RtoR flexible substrates is possible. ● All processing equipment is installed in a Class 1,000 cleanroom. ● A coverlay method is adopted for surface protection of flexible substrates. ● We have electroplating equipment for Ni (nickel)/Au (gold) and can provide specifications tailored to customer needs. ● Inner lead structures can be formed for connection points. ● All products are quality assured through automatic visual inspection and electrical testing. ● We possess a variety of analytical equipment for quality verification and measurement/length measurement at each process. ● We provide flexible substrates compliant with RoHS directives and made from flame-retardant materials equivalent to 94VTM-0.

Additionally, we conduct simulations from the circuit design stage to provide high-performance, high-quality products. All products are quality assured through automatic visual inspection and electrical testing. We possess a variety of analytical equipment to confirm quality and measure/length at each stage.
