We are a noodle machine manufacturer with 111 years of history, faithfully mechanizing the traditional "Sanuki udon making method" in the land of Sanuki. We offer a lineup ranging from small machines for retail stores to large machines for factories, and we accommodate both hand-made and roll-type noodles. We also run a noodle school, making us a reliable presence for any noodle-related inquiries. Over the years, we have accumulated noodle-making know-how by repeatedly conducting noodle production trials with our customers. By combining noodle machines and noodle-making expertise at a high level, we respond to our customers' requests for the noodles they desire. We have been entrusted by the prefecture to operate the "Udon Department," and we have a strong reputation as a company that promotes the traditions and culture of Sanuki udon.
