China Electric Chemical Industry has dedicated production equipment for parts used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This allows for the avoidance of issues such as metal contamination. One of our strengths is the ability to handle large sizes suitable for anodizing treatment. The anodizing treatment can accommodate sizes up to 500mm × 1700mm × 1000mm. We have two types of sealing treatment equipment: boiling water sealing equipment and steam sealing equipment, allowing for processing tailored to the required film performance. Boiling water sealing can handle sizes up to 500mm × 1700mm × 1000mm, while steam sealing treatment operates at 100 to 150°C, also accommodating sizes up to 500mm × 1700mm × 1000mm. Our anodized coatings include three types of treatment solutions: hard anodizing, sulfuric anodizing, and chromic anodizing. By uniquely innovating the chromic anodizing coating, we have equipment capable of processing special anodized coatings that excel in particle prevention, such as Yagimite coating, which is excellent in heat resistance; Kunimite coating, which excels in both heat and corrosion resistance; and Kawamite coating, which has ten times the corrosion resistance of conventional coatings, as well as other unique anodized coatings not available from other companies.

Free membership registrationOur company specializes in "hard anodizing for precision equipment." Aluminum materials are lightweight and have excellent machinability, allowing for complex shapes to be processed. However, compared to iron, aluminum is softer, which raises concerns about deformation due to wear in areas like flexing parts. By utilizing the hardness of hard anodizing to improve wear resistance, the use of aluminum materials becomes feasible. 【Features】 ■ A coating characterized by hardness compared to sulfuric anodizing and oxalic anodizing ■ Processed in a low-temperature electrolytic bath to produce a thick, hard coating ■ Improved wear resistance by utilizing the hardness of hard anodizing ■ Enables the use of aluminum materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company conducts "semiconductor Kunimite processing." It is effective in reducing the amount of particles generated within semiconductor manufacturing equipment that uses corrosive gases. One of the causes of particle generation is known to be the occurrence of cracks due to thermal effects from plasma, which leads to corrosion and subsequently particle generation. "Kunimite" does not generate cracks due to heat, so particles do not occur even after long-term use in plasma etching equipment. 【Features】 ■ Effective in reducing the amount of particles ■ No occurrence of cracks due to heat ■ No particles generated even after long-term use in plasma etching equipment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Yagimaito processing" is our patented technology that ensures ultra-corrosion resistance by forming a new layer approximately 1μm thick on the surface of the anodized coating. It exhibits excellent alkali resistance, with corrosion resistance about five times greater than conventional products. Additionally, the etching depth has decreased by 10.6% at an acceleration voltage of 1.5KV, 12.0% at 2.0KV, and 21.2% at 2.5KV compared to conventional products. This indicates that Yagimaito has superior plasma resistance compared to traditional products. Furthermore, in anodizing processes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, Yagimaito is used in chambers of etching devices that utilize chlorine-based gases. Yagimaito enhances durability, leading to cost reductions, reduced internal corrosion, and effective suppression of particle generation.

Free membership registrationChina Electric Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. conducts metal surface treatment, including anodizing. The anodizing process known as "Kunimite processing" features a coating that is resistant to high temperatures, with a thickness of 50μm that does not develop cracks even after being heated at 500°C for 3 hours. Additionally, since the coating does not develop cracks even when heated above 500°C, it can be used for components that experience high temperatures. This processing is recommended for important parts of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and electronic components. Furthermore, in the Kunimite processing for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, Kunimite is effective in reducing the amount of particles. Since semiconductor manufacturing equipment typically uses corrosive gases, cracks can occur due to thermal effects from plasma, leading to corrosion and the generation of particles. Because Kunimite does not develop cracks due to heat, particles do not form even after prolonged use in plasma etching equipment.
