The SE2 is a standard frame conveyor in a cylindrical shape that can be placed directly on a table, with the motor positioned alongside the conveyor. It is suitable for situations where it is difficult to incorporate the motor inside the conveyor due to the high oil content of products such as machined parts. Additionally, since machined products often have shapes that are prone to rolling, it comes standard with L-shaped aluminum guides of 20H on both sides. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "die-cast product heat-resistant belt conveyor." Die-cast products are typically around 400°C when removed from the die-casting machine, so stainless steel mesh belts are commonly used for transportation, taking heat resistance into consideration. However, in cases where there is concern about scratches on the products or for high-precision and high-design products, mesh belts may be avoided, and heat-resistant belts like the one used in this case may be employed. In this instance, we created a heat-resistant belt based on "SWM" using aramid fibers. Since the temperature of the molten material reaches around 120°C, we used a heat-resistant belt (Tynest belt). The Tynest belt is made from aramid fibers and possesses flame-retardant, heat-resistant, and self-extinguishing properties. This conveyor for transporting empty cardboard boxes in a logistics warehouse is composed of three 20-meter conveyors, making a total length of 60 meters, with mirrors installed to understand the transportation situation. Typically, an aluminum frame would be used in such a situation; however, due to the need to allow passage under the conveyor, we had to widen the spacing between the conveyor legs.
