This is because tools that have been used even for a very short time are worn out. CAM operators are not exclusively CAM operators. They are both CAM operators and machine operators. Based on the NC data they created themselves, they perform the processing. This is because the setup, tool paths, processing methods, etc., are already ingrained in their minds at the time of data creation. Furthermore, if there are any processing omissions, it is possible to recreate the data instantly.
