We proposed a three-type, five-layer multilayer bottle (blow-molded multilayer product) using EVOH. The three-type, five-layer multilayer bottle using EVOH provides oxidation prevention effects, which results in an expected extension of the shelf life when used for food bottles. In response, we conducted heat treatment to eliminate burrs and smoothed the usage experience by melting the burrs during processing and finishing. We optimized the size of the resin extrusion components (dies) to achieve balance in both the front-back and left-right directions, successfully setting a wall thickness that is easy to extrude (thin-walled).
