The customer had requests regarding the management of the inner diameter at the fitting parts with other components and the feasibility of molding the fitting protrusions. We would like to introduce a case study of the production of food-grade wide-mouth bottles by Daikyo Chemical Co., Ltd. Our customer had requests focusing on deformation prevention during high-temperature filling and heat resistance. Wide-mouth containers are challenging to produce using blow molding due to the difficulty in stabilizing the precision of the mouth. Therefore, we optimized the component shape through repeated prototypes. The three-type, five-layer multi-layer bottle can provide oxidation prevention effects, which can be expected to extend the shelf life when used for food bottles. The customer requested transparency, deformation countermeasures, and airtightness with the cap. Considering transparency, we proposed using a transparent grade of PP and suggested bag-cut molding due to concerns about bending caused by uneven thickness. The customer specifically requested deformability and flexibility for the pump application of the nasal spray kit. Due to the thin-walled nature of the product, stabilizing the shape of the mouthpiece and screw was quite challenging, and we proposed solutions through trial and error. We would like to introduce a case study of the production of injection ointment containers by Daikyo Seiko Co., Ltd. The customer requested that the mouth area have no burrs or buffing residue, and that the body be designed to allow for easy extrusion of the ointment with a shape that minimizes remaining product, as well as being thin-walled. After production, we established a continuous production system for extremely small sizes with a product weight of 1.0g, achieving in-house integrated production from molding to inspection, and stable molding operations 24 hours a day. We maintained a high level of workplace environment and production technology. We would like to introduce examples of the production of automotive parts and industrial parts/containers that we handle. Regarding aspirator hoses, we received requests such as, "We want to manage the inner diameter of the fitting parts (both ends) with other components," and "A quality and documentation management system for automotive parts is essential." In response, we optimized the inner diameter fitting areas with a parison controller and proposed stable shaping for the elbow section and the bellows section. As a result, we produced a complex-shaped aspirator hose (bellows hose) with many bends, clearly expressing the bellows shape, complete with a quality and delivery management system for automotive parts. We would like to introduce a case study regarding the production of food containers and seasoning containers that we handle. For food bottles, there were requests for "ease of extrusion (softness) and resilience for high-viscosity contents" and "deformation resistance during high-temperature filling" to be essential. In response, we selected PP resin considering heat resistance among food-grade resins, and based on the results of prototype tests, we chose the resin grade. We proposed a three-type, five-layer multilayer bottle (blow-molded multilayer product) using EVOH. The three-type, five-layer multilayer bottle using EVOH provides oxidation prevention effects, which results in an expected extension of the shelf life when used for food bottles. We would like to introduce a case study regarding the production of pharmaceutical containers and medical containers that we handle. Regarding enema containers (for drugstores and pharmacies), we received requests such as, "The body part that extrudes the liquid should have good squeezeability and minimize liquid residue." In response, we conducted heat treatment to eliminate burrs and smoothed the usage experience by melting the burrs during processing and finishing. We optimized the size of the resin extrusion components (dies) to achieve balance in both the front-back and left-right directions, successfully setting a wall thickness that is easy to extrude (thin-walled). As a result, we have established a system that allows for continuous production of a lineup ranging from extremely small sizes of 10g to small sizes of 40g, maintaining in-house integrated production from molding to inspection, and ensuring stable production 24 hours a day, thus meeting the demands for large lots. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
