In the previous 7th session, we ranked 11 items regarding the question, "Where are the issues in our company?" After sharing those rankings, we had a discussion to unify the opinions of three people into one. Each person presented the reasons for their rankings one item at a time, which made it difficult to reach a consensus within the time limit. However, the discussion remained calm throughout and turned out to be productive. Additionally, in conducting the discussion, it was important to consciously choose and be aware of our ego states in order to convince ourselves and others. Reflecting on which ego state I was using after the discussion provided a good opportunity to understand what was lacking. Next, regarding decision-making, we were taught the mechanism of listening equally to information from all ego states, analyzing it, and taking action that fits the current situation. Following this mechanism, I want to be conscious of my ego and continue to communicate and act daily.

On February 6, 2020, I participated as a representative of Techno Taiyo in the award ceremony for the "Kansai Monozukuri Selection 2020" held at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, where I had the opportunity to give a presentation. At the venue, ten companies from the Kansai region, which were selected for their outstanding products and technologies developed independently, gathered together to share in the joy of receiving the awards. I feel greatly honored to receive this recognition, as we strive daily alongside everyone.
