The foundation is implementing the "Kobe-based Excellent Technology" certification project, which certifies and supports local manufacturing companies with outstanding technological capabilities. Among the 100 certified companies, 56 are members and participate in networking activities. For more details on "Kobe-based Excellent Technology," please visit → http://suguretagijutsu.kobe-ipc.or.jp/ Since the fiscal year 2011, we have been conducting activities focused on "securing excellent human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises" (named: Shunkatsu) as one of our main pillars. This includes panel discussions with employment support personnel from universities and technical colleges, as well as lectures by new graduate recruitment advisors. As the number of certified companies that are actively engaging in recruitment activities increases, many have expressed that using general job search sites makes it difficult to compete with large companies and secure the desired talent. Additionally, there is a strong desire to leverage the credibility and brand power of being a certified company in recruitment efforts.
