I propose a somewhat unusual joining technique.
Our company is engaged in the development of joining technologies. The newly developed CAM joining can handle a range of applications, starting from the joining of dissimilar materials such as metal and resin, to metal-metal joining that includes dissimilar metals. CAM joining can achieve zero thermal resistance and is also applicable to the laminated joining of multilayer thin plates.
Business Activities
Our company possesses two joining technologies: CAM joining and PMS processing. CAM joining is a completely new joining technology that resembles adhesive but involves joining after high-temperature drying of the CAM agent. It is environmentally friendly, allows for easy construction, and enables cost reduction. PMS processing uses laser cladding methods to form raised microstructures on metal surfaces, which are utilized as bonding layers with resin. Our company is engaged in the following businesses: prototype processing using CAM joining and PMS processing technologies, material development for CAM joining and PMS processing, commissioned development of joining technologies using CAM joining and PMS processing, and licensing of developed technologies.
