This is a device that evaluates the performance of AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) equipped in vehicles by making a pedestrian dummy jump onto the travel path in accordance with the vehicle's movement. Each component (trolley movement mechanism, laser measurement unit, control unit) can be separated for easy transport and is simple to set up.

The "FL-100" is a testing device for the mandatory tilt test in forklifts. It allows for safe execution of the tilt test without the use of weights. Additionally, it utilizes an inclined platform that can tilt in all directions, eliminating the need for cumbersome vehicle positioning and switching between left and right directions.

This device is a trailer-type dynamometer system. It is coupled to a test vehicle, applying a load while driving to evaluate the power characteristics of the test vehicle. Traditionally, power characteristic evaluations required bringing the test vehicle to a location with testing equipment, such as "evaluating the engine and motor individually with a dynamometer" or "mounting it on a chassis dynamometer in real vehicle conditions," which could lead to discrepancies with actual driving data. However, this device is mobile, allowing it to be moved to any location, such as a test course, where power characteristics can be evaluated on-site.

By meshing and rotating the measured object (gear) with the master gear, this device can detect dents and runout, as well as measure OBD, all with a single unit. It can also store measurement data in internal memory. Additionally, it comes standard with dedicated gear checker software, eliminating the need for software development. * The master gear is not included. * A marking function can be developed separately.

This is a mobile platform for targets (dummy figures) that can be used for performance evaluation of AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) systems equipped in vehicles. Precision metal tubes (pipes, shafts, pins, collars) and precision pipes require full dimensional inspection after processing. Manually inspecting each product one by one can lead to variability in inspection results and is time-consuming. This device automatically transfers the inspection targets to the inspection station simply by supplying them to the parts feeder. It conducts non-contact dimensional inspections of total length, outer diameter, and dimensions between specified points using the TM-065 transmission image dimension measurement device (manufactured by Keyence), determining good and defective products and sorting them into respective boxes.
