The linear slide table, which is strong against high loads and offset loads, combined with a class-leading integrated frame structure, enables high-precision welding even under heavy loads. Additionally, the development of dedicated control software using industrial computers allows for easy programming of fixture control from a touch panel, enabling even those without specialized knowledge to set up control for suction, clamping, and ejection.

The new VW6000 series servo drive vibration welding machine has transitioned from traditional hydraulic cylinder table drive to table drive control using the latest servo control technology with synchronized dual servo motors, achieving high-speed table drive, high positional accuracy, and high reproducibility. By distributing the control components that were previously located in the control panel to the vacant spaces at the top and sides of the machine, the required installation space has been reduced by 25% compared to the previous model, making it more compact.

At Duquesne, we developed a high-frequency vibration welding machine that increases the number of vibrations with a smaller amplitude to reduce the burrs generated during vibration welding. While the frequency of typical vibration welding machines ranges from 200-240Hz, our high-frequency model vibrates at a frequency of 295-350Hz, allowing us to reduce the conventional amplitude from 0.5-1.8mm to 0.3-1.1mm. This change enables us to decrease both the quantity and size of particles generated. The table drive utilizes the latest servo control technology, similar to the standard VW6700, featuring synchronized dual servo motors for table drive control. This results in high-speed table movement, high positional accuracy, and excellent reproducibility.
