By directly holding the nodal (vibration node) part of the horn, high mechanical rigidity is achieved, enabling stable sealing even at high cycles. When used with the iQ-AiM oscillator equipped with patented output trigger technology, even higher quality stability can be obtained.

The DUKANE-AURIZON Sonisolution RS series employs various patented technologies to enable high-speed and stable continuous sealing/bonding applications for non-woven fabrics and films. It can achieve sealing at a feed speed of up to 800m/min (20kHz model) while maintaining high stability in sealing/bonding conditions. The sealing unit is compactly designed and can be integrated into various packaging equipment. Additionally, it supports not only continuous sealing but also sealing with intermittent motion, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The Soniseal WD series from Duquesne Orazin is designed for ultrasonic sealing of packages in environments where equipment cleaning is performed, such as food manufacturing sites. Soniseal WD reduces maintenance costs and power consumption, and also shortens cleaning time as it does not require disassembly during cleaning. Soniseal WD can seal at a feed speed of up to 150m/min while maintaining high stability of the sealing condition. The sealing unit has a compact design and can be integrated into various packaging equipment. It supports not only continuous sealing but also sealing with intermittent motion, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The unit, sealed with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel cover, is IP67 compliant and built to withstand high-pressure and hot water cleaning.

The DUKANE-AURIZON rotary ultrasonic sealing unit achieves smoother feeding by rotating the ultrasonic unit in synchronization with the anvil, allowing for processing speeds of up to 150m/min and stable quality. Compared to conventional heat sealing, it has no high-temperature areas, making it safer, and production can start immediately after turning on the device, thereby improving productivity. The unit can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions, accommodating various packaging applications. Additionally, its lightweight and compact design allows for integration into existing equipment. It provides high-speed, high-quality seals for various packaging products, including end seals for vertical and horizontal pouches, overlap seals, top seals for pouch materials, and zip seals.

Dukane-Aurizon's rotary ultrasonic sealing technology can bond elastic threads, such as those used in diapers, without the use of adhesives, at high processing speeds of up to 600m/min. By eliminating the need for consumable adhesives, it not only reduces manufacturing costs but also ensures a chemical-free process, making it more hygienic. Additionally, the absence of adhesive curing allows the softness of the material itself to be maintained. Furthermore, only the non-woven fabric around the elastic thread is bonded using ultrasound, so the elasticity of the thread itself does not change.

Dukane-Aurizon's rotary ultrasonic sealing technology can bond various non-woven products without the use of adhesives, at high processing speeds of up to 610 meters per minute. By eliminating the need for consumable adhesives, it not only reduces manufacturing costs but also ensures a chemical-free process, making it more hygienic. Additionally, the absence of adhesive curing allows the softness of the material itself to be maintained. Furthermore, in addition to bonding, it is also capable of laminating multilayer materials that contain polymer absorbent polymers, as well as embossing patterns and logos.

The iQ Auto-Plus MPC is an ultrasonic oscillator that integrates the lightweight and compact iQ Auto-Plus oscillator, which has a solid reputation, with the MPC (Multi-Point Probe Control) unit. When performing multi-point spot welding or multi-point riveting on large components in multiple stages, it can switch and control up to 8 transducers with a single oscillator, thereby reducing the manufacturing costs of assembly equipment. The functions of the iQ Auto-Plus remain unchanged, and it also supports patented output trigger functions, energy control, and distance control (requires an external encoder). Its compact body can be integrated into control panels, and it has a maximum output of 600W (with 1200W models available for 30kHz and 35kHz), providing sufficient capacity for spot welding and riveting.

To achieve a stable seal, a stable ultrasonic oscillator is essential. Duquesne's ultrasonic oscillator for automatic machines uses the same digital oscillation circuit as high-end models and is a low-cost oscillator that incorporates only the functions necessary for use in automatic devices. It is equipped with all the necessary features for stable welding, including auto-tuning of frequency, line regulation, load regulation, external amplitude control functions, and various I/O signals. Additionally, by utilizing Duquesne's proprietary iQ-LinQ (Ethernet/IP or RS232) connection, all control and monitoring can be done with a single cable to the PLC, reducing wiring labor and expanding the flexibility of ultrasonic welding control.

Duquesne's patented Quadro(TM) technology is a new evolution of ultrasonic sealing technology. It achieves high speed, high precision, and complete sealing, meeting today's high-level packaging needs. Unlike the plunging action of conventional ultrasonic sealing systems, the innovative scrub motion of the Quadro(TM) horn accurately directs the molten material to the seal line, resulting in stronger and smoother seals. It eliminates pinholes and material overflow that occur with standard ultrasonic horns, achieving excellent airtight seals that extend shelf life. With box motion, sealing can be done at 100 bags per minute, and with rotary motion, up to 1000 bags per minute. By combining with rotary ultrasonic sealing units for fin seals (vertical seals), ultra-fast packaging processes become possible, significantly enhancing productivity.
