1. Area sensor for internal defect inspection in welding - Field sensor Capable of simultaneous measurement of 110,000 points with image output. Replaces electron microscopes that require X-ray, CT scans, and work cuts. 2. Non-contact thickness measurement sensor for opaque materials - Enovasense Capable of measuring the thickness of resins, coatings, and metal coatings. Measurement range is 10nm to 1mm, with a measurement speed of 1 second or more, and measurement variation is approximately 0.5% to 3%. 3. Line camera for burr inspection after battery foil cutting - CVC A line camera with a maximum of 100kHz, capable of inline burr detection. 4. Insulation layer thickness measurement sensor - FSS Measures the thickness profile of battery insulation layers inline with a resolution of a few nm. 5. Dual point sensor for electrode thickness measurement - DPS Enables high-precision thickness measurement with a distance sensor of a few nm resolution. ■ Others 6. ■ Monitoring of different molten materials such as aluminum and copper is possible through the principle of atomic inherent spectral line measurement. ■ The defect detection capability is enhanced by individual optical imaging of each channel of the LWM8.5 sensor. ■ The addition of a near-infrared channel enables monitoring in high-temperature processes. ■ By applying an inverse aperture during in-process review to the added temperature (infrared light) sensor waveform, monitoring of low-temperature processes is possible. ■ The LWM8.5 sensor does not require optical axis adjustment. It features a high-precision F64mm camera and an F120 camera that ensures a working distance. ■ By equipping the sensor camera with high-speed processing capabilities, parallel processing of 2D and 3D profiles has been dramatically accelerated. ■ Image inspection using grayscale images allows for accurate determination of the width and presence of the weld bead from the 2D profile. ■ By incorporating AI (machine learning) into image inspection, it is now possible to detect weld beads that were difficult to distinguish with previous equipment. <Color Aberration Confocal CLS Line Sensor> ■ Capable of acquiring 3D profiles of the work surface at the micron level. ■ Rapid detection of very small pits, cracks, shape changes, and more. ■ OCT monitors the keyhole depth during laser welding. ■ With the addition of the KeyholeFinder, we can accurately determine the position of the keyhole. ■ We continuously monitor the keyhole and the work surface, so we never miss any changes. ■ IDM-related connectors can be attached and detached by the customers themselves. ■ By combining with LWM, the reliability and credibility of keyhole depth measurement data are enhanced. ■ It reduces product loss due to destructive testing and enables full monitoring of penetration depth. ■ There are many reasons why stable measurement results can be output during mass production.
