At Bax Corporation, we accept orders for compounding prototypes and mass production using twin-screw extruders, starting from very small quantities. We can evaluate, research, and prototype from 500g at a maximum temperature of 450°C. We also accommodate mass production from hundreds of kilograms to several tons. This is made possible because the machines are adjacent in a clean room, and if there are issues with dispersion or unstable extrusion, we can consult with you in a timely manner and accommodate design changes to the screw. Additionally, we support both twin-screw and T-die. Hot melt coating is a coating method that melts functional solid materials to turn them into a liquid, which is then applied to the surfaces of rolls such as films and non-woven fabrics to impart new functions. It is called hot melt because it is applied in a melted state. We assist from prototype development to mass production of film and sheet extrusion. We offer three types of T-die widths: 100mm, 400mm, and 700mm, with a maximum temperature of 500°C. You can start testing with as little as 5kg of raw material. In "contracted extrusion coating film production," we laminate thermoplastic resin onto substrates such as paper, aluminum foil, plastic film, and non-woven fabric using an extrusion molding machine. The processing of folding films and non-woven fabrics in half is called half-fold processing. We also accept half-fold expansion processing, which unfolds from the reverse processing of half-fold to a flat state, using materials such as films, non-woven fabrics, and paper. Tube processing, which involves rolling while ultrasonic welding one side, is also possible. "Heat point processing" is a thermal needle method that opens holes by applying heat to a needle.
