Melt functional solid materials made of individual components! It can be applied to the surface of films and other rolled materials to bring new functions.
Hot melt coating is a coating method that melts functional solid materials to turn them into a liquid, which is then applied to the surfaces of rolls such as films and non-woven fabrics to impart new functions. It is called hot melt because it is applied in a melted state. Therefore, unlike methods that dissolve materials with solvents to create a liquid, it is an environmentally friendly coating system that can form films without solvents. 【Features】 ■ Melts functional solid materials to turn them into a liquid ■ Applies to the surfaces of rolls such as films and non-woven fabrics to impart new functions ■ An environmentally friendly coating system that can form films without solvents ■ During mass production processing, resins in pails or drums can be preheated with a dedicated heater *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
