The "HU50A" is a horizontal machining center that achieves long-term precision maintenance and high rigidity by adopting square guides. The square guides, which have undergone heat treatment, are mounted on surfaces that have been processed for straightness and squareness through scraping. Additionally, the column sliding section employs air support to reduce load, allowing for smooth high-speed feed despite the sliding surface being of a sliding type. It features angular guides for long-term precision maintenance and high rigidity. It adopts a highly rigid three-point support bed with a Y-shaped integrated design. The "HU100 series" is a modular-type horizontal machining center. Based on X-axis strokes of 1300, 1600, and 2000, it is possible to customize the machine with suitable strokes for the desired work size by also selecting extensions for the Y-axis and Z-axis.
