The "Jidic H5E/H6E" is a horizontal CNC jig borer that efficiently handles everything from machining center operations to ultra-precision finishing processes for jig boring, all in one machine. Each linear axis (XYZ) adopts a V-V type guide similar to that used in ultra-precision machining machines and measuring instruments, which require particularly high precision. The spindle is supported by four sets of precision ceramic bearings, minimizing runout and achieving smooth rotation. The J12/16 series is a high-end jig boring machine that achieves high-precision machining of large workpieces.
