At Shinko Kogyo Co., Ltd., we offer precision cutting processing of metal using NC lathes and machining centers. We handle general machining of industrial machine parts, injection molding machine parts, hydraulic parts, pneumatic parts, and other mechanical device components. We can accommodate medium to large plate materials, small and large lathe items, milling shape processing, and work sizes up to 2000×850 for plate materials and φ610×2000 for round materials. We also have the capability for mass production of 1,000 units using a horizontal machining center with a 6-pallet configuration. By collaborating with partner factories, we can provide integrated production from material procurement to the delivery of finished products, including surface treatments (such as hardening, plating, and blackening). We respond to short delivery times, small lot sizes, and cost reduction needs. Additionally, we are open to consultations on cost reduction from the design stage.
