We will be exhibiting the PosCheck automatic workload measurement system, which can assist in the digitalization of manufacturing operations and the promotion of digital transformation (DX). This product observes normal working postures without the need for measurement markers, automatically determines the degree of workload based on the OWAS method, and displays and records the data in real-time. For example, it can measure an 8-hour workday and re-evaluate tasks with high workload assessments as needed, allowing for the identification of processes that require improvement. Additionally, it can be used to measure the same tasks performed by novice and veteran workers, or to verify the differences in posture and workload before and after the introduction of power suits or assistive devices, providing various applications suited to the work environment.
