●Improvement for Women to Work We received a consultation from Company B, a major manufacturer in Aichi Prefecture, stating, "We have been lifting adhesive (in a 20-liter can) to refill it at the top of the tank, but is there a way to transfer it using a pump?" The adhesive is a high-viscosity liquid containing ethyl acetate and toluene, and since it was in an explosion-proof designated area, we proposed an air diaphragm pump of the ADD type in stainless steel (SUS) specification. Given that the viscosity of the adhesive was 12,000 CP, we selected a 25A diameter to ensure a comfortable margin. The transfer was completed without any issues.
