It can engrave text and two-dimensional codes on materials such as metal, and it comes with a pen guard to prevent the pen tip from colliding with the parts. No compressed air is required; it operates solely on power. • Other markings

The 【VM6040】 electromagnetic pen marking device (dot peen marking machine) uses electromagnetic force as the vibration source for the stylus. It does not require piping like air pen devices and can be used simply by connecting to a power source. (* Pneumatic pressure is only used when cooling the pen.) You can set the marking force in 14 stages for each job. Depending on the target workpiece, you can adjust the depth of the dots and mark characters and two-dimensional codes within a range of 60×60mm. Additionally, it is equipped with parallel I/O, RS-232C, USB, and Ethernet ports. There are three types of two-dimensional codes that can be engraved (DataMatrix, QR Code, Micro QR Code).
