The VM7830B ultrasonic pen marking device (stamping type engraving machine) utilizes our unique ultrasonic technology to vibrate the pen. By adjusting this vibration (the force with which the stylus strikes the workpiece) using the control unit's switch, it allows for clear and deep marking (engraving) while maintaining delicacy. Since it does not require a pneumatic source, it can be operated with just one power supply, and compared to other pen methods (air or electromagnetic), it reduces noise during marking (the volume audible to the ear). It is ideal for use in environments with strict noise regulations. Additionally, the only consumable is the stylus, and there are no multiple consumable parts, which minimizes maintenance time.
